To optimize a customer’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) we focus on three primary components of their organization: People, Process, and Technology, or PPT. Our customer engagements are structured based on the appropriate combination of product planning, training, mentoring, and consulting required to meet their PPT needs.
As the SDLC consists of multiple disciplines (e.g., Requirements Development & Management, Software Configuration Management, Design, Development, Testing, and Delivery), PPT needs are assessed within each discipline or across multiple disciplines to determine the desired depth and breadth of each engagement. Current offerings can be as simple as a one day technology-focused training class or as comprehensive as integratively addressing PPT issues across multiple disciplines of the SDLC. The more PPT needs that are met across the SDLC, the greater the optimization and resulting value to the business.
We believe that one-size does not fit all; therefore, each engagement is crafted based on the specific PPT and SDLC needs of our customer. This approach provides maximum business value for each engagement within the context of optimizing an organization’s Software Development Lifecycle.
Driving optimization into the SDLC enables our customers to develop software with higher quality, less time, less cost, and better alignment with their business and customer intent, which is the goal of everything we do.
