Certified instructors deliver critical skills, knowledge and helpful tips using a combination of lectures and hands-on workshops.

Requirements Development & Management (RDM)

The effective management of project requirements is a vital element in the timely and cost-effective delivery of successful products and business applications. In addition to offering training and mentoring services for requirements management tools, we offer process- and technique-oriented training and mentoring that helps organizations elicit and write better requirements. From training on how best to use requirements management tools in your environment to mentoring services that help your team realize its potential, we can help you effectively develop and manage requirements at all stages of the development lifecycle.

These offerings focus on the specific skills and techniques required by an organization's people to effectively elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements. Courses can be delivered separate from related process and technology or as part of an integrated solution.

Feature Driven Development (FDD)

Comprised of five courses, this curriculum provides valuable hands-on exercises that will help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to be successful implementing FDD in your organization.
