Overview
The Feature Leads manages a small team of Artifact Owners
towards the goals of a single iteration. You are actively
involved in all five steps of Feature Driven Development.
The ultimate success of an FDD project relies on your
ability to deliver quality features on time.
During this workshop, you will learn your role within
the modeling team; features list team, and the planning
team. You will also see how your role is critical to
managing the feature team through the design and build
by feature steps and getting features promoted to a
build.
Workshop Format
All Process Exchange workshops use the amplified learning
technique pioneered by Peter Coad. Using a combination
of lecture snippets and hands-on exercises participants
quickly begin to learn the subject matter at hand.
Participants in this workshop will complete several
exercises on their own, and will work on their collaboration
skills by working through a number of project scenarios
with other participants.
