Goal of Service

Building better configuration management skills is a mentoring service where PE brings years of field experience and practical knowledge to share with our customers. The customer will develop or hone critical configuration management knowledge.

Description of Service

PE will work with a core team examining key issues with your current or future configuration environment. PE will help build a glossary of terms to ensure clear communication and then lead the team through a series of core configuration topics such as: release and build management, automated builds, promotion management, workflow analysis, fulfilling audit requirements, configuration methodologies, and best practices.
